Fill out the order form

Tell me what you want: clip color, name or design. The form below walks you through it.

Venmo to lock it in

Right after you submit, you'll see a "Pay" button with your total. Send payment to @chloelevitz on Venmo. Your clip goes into the queue as soon as payment hits. If I have any questions about your design, I'll reach out, but no need to wait. Payment is what locks in your spot.

I make your clip

7 to 10 business days for a standard order. Larger orders may take a little longer. I'll always give you a real timeline upfront.

Shipped to your door

I ship UPS with tracking, $5 flat. US only for now.

All sales are final. Because each clip is custom and made by hand, orders cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged once payment is received.

faq

How long does it take?
7 to 10 business days for a standard order from the time payment lands. Bigger orders (5+ clips, bachelorette bundles) usually take 2 to 3 weeks. If your order is going to take longer, I'll let you know upfront.
Can I rush an order?
Sometimes! If you've got a bachelorette next week, send me a note in the form. If I can fit it in, I will. There may be a small rush fee depending on volume.
Can you do special characters or symbols?
Hearts, stars, ampersands, exclamation points, usually yes. Mention what you want in the notes and I'll let you know if it's doable.
Can you do custom logos (school, team, brand)?
Yes! Custom logo clips are $35 each (college crests, sports teams, brand marks, Greek letters, etc). Pick the "Custom logo" option in the form and DM a reference image to @clips.bychlo on Instagram after you submit. I'll confirm the design before starting.
Do you take requests for clip colors I don't see?
Maybe! I work with a rotating selection of acetate clips. Tell me what you're looking for in the notes and I'll let you know if I can source it.
Are these durable?
Yes. The rhinestones are set with strong adhesive made for acetate. Treat them like jewelry: don't sleep in them, don't shower with them, and they'll last.
Do you offer wholesale pricing?
Yes! If you'd like to stock clips by chlo in your shop or buy in bulk, email clipsbychlo@gmail.com and I'll send over wholesale pricing and minimums.
